The fine views from the rooftop terrace left us in awe. The warm and cute atmosphere created by the owners, Jorge and Juan, made us feel right at home. Despite the challenging stairs, the central location allowed us to explore the city easily. The reliable wifi and secure presence of Jorge or Juan made us feel safe and connected. We highly recommend this hidden gem in the heart of Guanajuato.

The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. the fast internet connection is a definite plus, allowing guests to stay connected. some rooms offer spacious accommodations and a nice view of the town.

The lack of road access to the hotel may cause some confusion and inconvenience trying to reach the property.

The owners are friendly, accommodating, and charming. The terrace offers beautiful views and kitchen facilities. Great location with convenient access to main sites and public transport. Wifi is excellent and the place feels secure with staff available day and night.

The location is perfect, with the theater and main plaza just steps away. the views from the top floor are absolutely stunning. the owners, Jorge and Juan, are incredibly friendly and helpful. the free drinking water is a nice touch. the wifi is excellent and the roof terrace is a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

My recent stay at Casa Bertha was wonderful. I was in Guanajuato for sightseeing and stayed for four nights. The staff at Casa Bertha were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located, only a short walk from the heart of the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast deal available at the nearby Zopilote Mojado. I also loved the convenience of having a lavanderia and convenience store right in the same plaza as the hotel. The cherry on top was the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace, where I enjoyed breakfast and made use of the kitchenette in my room.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
